Supplier Development and Supplier Audits

We will carry out supplier development onsite at your supplier's facility. Using proven management methods and techniques, we will work cooperatively with your supplier's management to improve their internal procedures and processes which will add value to both your company and your supplier.

We will conduct improvement workshops at your supplier together with your own participation if desired. We will ensure that with management commitment, the performance of your suppliers is enhanced and improved. This will benefit both parties, the relationship and communication between your company and your supplier will be elevated to a much higher level.

Supplier development activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Turnaround time improvement
• Efficiency improvement
• Development of communication channels
• Process development
• Quality system development

We will conduct onsite audits at your supplier according to criteria determined by yourself. These criteria may be specific to address a specific concern, or to evaluate the level of compliance to a specific standard.

Of course supplier development and supplier audits may be combined and coordinated to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources is achieved.
