All training is hands-on interactive training. Attendees are encouraged to actively participate providing input and feedback throughout the training sessions. Actual and hypothetical case studies and role plays are used wherever appropriate.

Where required training sessions and concluded with written tests, this is agreed to with company management prior to implementation
